I have pretty severe anxiety, which manifests itself as panic attacks. When I'm having a panic attack, my mind is almost split in 2. I can notice that I'm having one, and that, rationally, I shouldn't be, but I am still terrified and panicking.

What helps me with this is my meds, and mindfulness techniques.
